Skoda Car Factory Tour

Enjoy this Skoda Car Factory tour, the factory is situated in the town of Mlada Boleslav approximately 55km from Prague. The history of early beginnings date back to the 1890`s and during the World War II occupation of Czechoslovakia. It was during this period the factory was used by Goring to serve the German war effort. The present day Skoda company is owned 100% by the Volkswagen Group. This helped improve the quality of the cars produced and hence an increase in sales. At present Skoda factory’s can be found in Bosnia and Herzegovina, India and even China!

The Skoda car factory tour first includes a visit the Skoda museum in the historical section of the factory. Enjoy a film about the history and development of the car production with cars on show in this area.  There is a 1,800 sqm exhibition area in historical production halls to feature vehicles, films, photographs and documents and more. After the private driver will take you the short distance from the Museum to the production plant. Here see first-hand the production of cars at the biggest and most modern of the company’s plants. This plant is producing new ŠKODA vehicles every day. It is an approximately 90 minutes excursion. All entrance fees to the museum and factory are included in the tour price.
