Try our Prague Medieval Tavern Christmas special offers. These lasts during the period from 24th December to the 30th December and also the 1st of January. For New Years Eve you can read about that offer here – ( Prague Medieval Tavern New Years Eve ). From the 24th December to the 1st of January we are running 2 shows due to popular demand.

As you enter the restaurant it is like stepping back in time. This basement cellar has maintained its character and romantic atmosphere. Ropes hang from the ceilings from thick wood beams as the candles flicker. As you are seated on an authentic wooden table you will be served the starter in your 5 course menu (we also offer a 3 course menu from the 25th December to 1st January).

Then the entertainment begins with medieval musicians, belly dancers, sword fighters and dancers with fire swallowing. Some dancers will produce pet snakes and iguana to top this medieval evening. As you continue your 5 course meal perhaps the fortune teller will visit your table, or the little dwarf will challenge you to a game of dare. All this entertainment is through the evening, you will leave fully fed, watered and entertained.

MEDIEVAL TAVERN DINNER IN PRAGUE MENU 1 (pork)

Cold Starter – Smoked duck and turkey breast garnished with lettuce, slices of roasted red and yellow beets, cheese mousse and fresh bread.
Soup – Traditional Czech potato soup.
Warm Appetizer – Traditional Czech pancakes filled with spinach and garlic, pearl barley mushrooms and garlic.
Main Course – 12 hour roasted pork knee with spices, served with mashed potatoes, mustard and horseradish.
Dessert – Homemade cake.
Plus all you can drink of beer, wine or soft drinks.
The children’s menu is: potato soup, chicken leg with mashed potatoes, homemade cake, unlimited soft drinks

MEDIEVAL TAVERN DINNER IN PRAGUE MENU 2 (poultry)

Cold Starter – Smoked duck and turkey breast garnished with lettuce, slices of roasted red and yellow beets, cheese mousse and fresh bread.
Soup – Traditional Czech potato soup.
Warm Appetizer – Traditional Czech pancakes filled with spinach and garlic, pearl barley mushrooms and garlic.
Main Course –1/4 roasted duck, chicken leg roasted in butter, served with mashed potatoes.
Dessert – Homemade cake.
Plus all you can drink of beer, wine or soft drinks.

MEDIEVAL TAVERN DINNER IN PRAGUE MENU 3 (fish)

Cold Starter – Smoked duck and turkey breast garnished with lettuce, slices of roasted red and yellow beets, cheese mousse and fresh bread.
Soup – Traditional Czech potato soup.
Warm Appetizer – Traditional Czech pancakes filled with spinach and garlic, pearl barley mushrooms and garlic.
Main Course –Trout baked with butter and fresh herbs, served with homemade potato salad.
Dessert – Homemade cake.

MEDIEVAL TAVERN DINNER IN PRAGUE MENU 4 (vegetarian)

Cold Starter – Variation of Czech cheese garnished with lettuce, slices of roasted red and yellow beets, cheese mousse and fresh bread.
Soup – Traditional Czech potato soup.
Warm Appetizer – Traditional Czech pancakes filled with spinach and garlic, pearl barley mushrooms and garlic.
Main Course – Grilled vegetable skewers with sesame sauce, served with mash potatoes.
Dessert – Homemade cake.

Cold Starter – Fresh vegetable salad garnished with slices of roasted red and yellow beets and freshly baked bread.
Soup – Traditional Czech potato soup.
Warm Appetizer – Vegetable risotto.
Main Course – Grilled vegetable skewers with sesame sauce, served with mash potatoes.
Dessert – Fruit salad.

MEDIEVAL TAVERN DINNER IN PRAGUE MENU 6 (gluten – free)

Cold Starter – Smoked duck and turkey breast garnished with lettuce, slices of roasted red and yellow beets, cheese mousse and fresh bread.
Soup – Traditional Czech potato soup.
Warm Appetizer – Vegetable risotto.
Main Course – All offered main courses above are suitable for gluten-free diet (with some adjustments)

Minimum group size – 2 people.

24th December the EARLY show ( 5 course menu ) starts at 17.00pm, you should be there by 16.30pm when doors open, all finishes about 19.30pm.
Price per person = 1990 CZK ( All children from 6 to 12 years for 1390 CZK, children under 6 go free but no food is included)

24th December the LATE show ( 5 course menu ) starts at 20.30pm, you should be there by 20.00pm when doors open, all finishes about 23.00pm.
Price per person = 2990 CZK ( All children from 6 to 12 years for 1990 CZK, children under 6 go free but no food is included)

From 25th December to 30th December and 1st January the EARLY show ( cheaper 3 course menu ) starts at 17.00pm, you should be there by 16.30pm when doors open, all finishes about 19.00pm.
Price per person = 1390 CZK (All children from 6 to 12 years for 990 CZK, children under 6 go free but no food is included)
Note : this is a cheaper 3 course menu offer with Soup / Main course / Dessert from the choices listed above

From 25th December to 30th December and 1st January the LATE show ( 5 course menu ) starts at 20.00pm, you should be there by 19.30pm when doors open, all finishes about 22.30pm.
Price per person = 1890 CZK (All children from 6 to 12 years for 1390 CZK, children under 6 go free but no food is included)
