CESKY KRUMLOV OVERNIGHT TOUR (2 DAYS)

The UNESCO listed town deserves a 2 day visit, this beautiful Southern Bohemian town with it`s 300 protected buildings and winding cobble stoned lanes will not disappoint as a unique tourist attraction. In the 13th Century began the construction of the town and castle beside the Vltava river, this at the time was an important trade route in Bohemia.

The town and castle had many owners through the centuries such as the House of Rosenberg, then Emperor Rudolf bought the town as a gift for his son Julius d'Austria. In later years the castle belonged to the House of Schwarzenberg, the beauty of the location and setting has made it very popular through the ages. The architecture in the town is a mix of Baroque, Renaissance and Gothic, it has a population of approximately 14 000 residents, it was listed as a UNESCO town in 1992.

Day 1 - you will be picked up from your Prague accommodation and after you arrive from Prague the Castle is the first stop on your 2 day tour, the guide will walk you also around the pretty town then onto a tavern for lunch (included in price) with Czech cuisine. After lunch you will be booked into your accommodation, in the evening you can enjoy one of the many fine restaurants (evening meal not included in price), and for the next day you will be offered a choice of tours with a voucher (see A to C list below).

Day 2 - after breakfast in the Hotel you will enjoy one of the following tours which you will have chosen the previous evening (you will receive a voucher for your tour choice from the list below)
Option A - a visit to a graphite mine.
Option B - a city tour with a guide.
Option C - rafting on the river in Cesky Krumlov
After your tour or activity choice you will have free time to take a nice stroll around the town and have a coffee or ice cream in one of the many coffee houses. In the afternoon it is then time to return to Prague by coach, you will be left back in the centre of Prague.

Included is : transport, guide, entrance fee to the Castle, lunch, Bed and Breakfast and 2nd day tour of your choice.
Note : if you require a single room in the Hotel there is a supplementary charge to pay extra to your Cesky Krumlov overnight tour. We also offer a Cesky Krumlov Day Tour if your time is restricted, the day tour lasts 10.5 hours. The tour comes in a choice of standard languages which are English, German, Russian, French, Italian, Spanish and Czech, you should let us know which language you prefer when booking.

Start time and length of tour - The Cesky Krumlov overnight Tour is only available from 1st April to 31st October
Departure: 8:45am daily except Mondays and Sundays (the exact pick up time from your accommodation we will tell you on booking), it lasts 2 full days, including transfers.
Price per person - Adults 3990 CZK / 148 Euro, children up to 10 years old: 2990 CZK 111 Euro, (sorry no discount for students)
Transfers and guide included - Yes. we will pick you up at your accommodation and drop you back in the centre of Prague.
